Disclaimer: All our designs are 100% faux! We source high-end, authentic looking faux florals and stems. As our materials are made to appear realistic, often the stems and blooms have slight variations - just as they would in nature! This may mean no two designs are exactly the same, so please expect some variation with each design. Branches crafts all of our designs with love and attention and only send out orders that we would proudly display for our own. 

Returns: Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us! Please contact us within 10 days of delivery of your order with your order details and preferred contact method so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible. The Branches return policy covers returns of most products and standard (non-custom) designs in new or "like-new" condition up to 10 days after delivery. Items that are final sale and cannot be returned include custom orders, sale/clearance items, or anything damaged through normal wear and tear. 

Eligible returns will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge. If you have discarded the original packaging for the item, please note that we are unable to provide additional return packaging.
