Shipping Policy

• FULFILMENT PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-3 business days to fulfill and complete the shipping on your order (3-4 days during peak holiday season). We are a small team and do our best to get your Branches order to you as quickly and safely as possible!

• SHIPPING FOR SIGNATURE, IN-STOCK DESIGNS:

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing (4-7 days during the holiday season) prior to fulfillment. Online/phone orders with requested expedited fulfillment will incur rush fees and be billed separately to contact information listed in the order.

• FOR SPECIALTY/CUSTOM DESIGN (DESIGN CONSULTS) ORDER:

Please allow 7-10 business days for completion of your custom design (10-14 days during the holiday season); we will be in touch with photos of progress to your preferred method of contact. Custom orders with requested expedited completion times will incur rush fees and be added to your final invoice.

• DESIGN SAYS "NOT IN STOCK"? 

Contact our design team to see if we can create a "made to order" piece or make a similar design. Even if we can't make a perfect twin, we can make a "close cousin" that's equally and fabulously faux-real!

• SHIPPING METHOD:

To ensure your order arrives safely and with reliable tracking information, we exclusively use UPS to ship your order via Ground Service; this may mean a higher investment in shipping methods compared to big-box corporate retailers and may fluctuate with the rising costs of shipping and production. WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.

• EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

• TRACKING INFO:

Unless otherwise noted, orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service and tracking information is sent via email.
