Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us! Please review the following and contact us with further questions.
- GENERAL RETURN INFORMATION
The Branches return policy covers returns of most products and standard (non-custom) designs in NEW or "like-new" condition.
Items that CANNOT be returned include:
- Custom/specialty orders
- Sale/clearance items
- Anything damaged through normal wear & tear
- FOR *SHIPPING* ORDERS:
Please contact Branches within *10 DAYS* of delivery of your order with your order number and preferred contact method so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Eligible returns will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge IF received in the eligible return window and in new/like-new condition. Returnee is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have discarded the original packaging for the item, please note that we are unable to provide additional return packaging.
- FOR ITEMS SHIPPED RECEIVED WITH DAMAGE
While we take great care to ship your order with love, sometimes bad weather, increased shipping demands, and general delivery snafus can happen!
To claim damage on your order: Take several clear, detailed photos of the damaged item AND the box/shipping container; email them along with your order number and contact info to info@branchesdesigns.com. **WE CANNOT process a claim without photos of the damaged product AND the box/shipping container and your order number.*
- FOR *IN-STORE PICK-UP* ORDERS:
Orders eligible for a refund must be returned to the shop within *10 days* of the original order date; we reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges after 10 days of your original order date.
Due to the fast-paced nature of the holiday season, holiday/Christmas/seasonal items eligible for return must be returned within 3 days for full refund. If return is approved after the return window, items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee deducted from the total and returned for store credit only.
- **NOTE FOR HOLIDAY SHIPPING RETURNS:
Due to the fast-paced nature of the holiday season, return issues with eligible holiday/Christmas products must be resolved within 3 days of delivery. Items received back to shop more than 14 days of initial customer delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to be deducted from eligible total and returned for store credit only.
