JOIN US at the Branches Flower Bar with guest artist Ky Zubatsky for a Reverse Glass Painting Workshop where you will practice magical painting techniques with origins rooted in the 4th century AD. You will be applying acrylic paint to a glass surface with brushes and using various tools to refine your composition, producing fine details and exciting highlights.
The finished work of art is viewed from the opposite side of the non-painted glass surface which creates an incredible sense of depth, visual clarity, and vibrant imagery. A selection of different printed images such as floral, coastal, figurative, etc. will be placed under your glass format to serve as a guide for your compositional process.
All materials are supplied, including a beautiful frame to contain your glass painting.
Time: 2 hours
Instructor: Ky Zubatsky (30 years teaching experience, fine artist, and gallery owner)
CANCELLATION POLICY: A partial refund may be honored up to one-week prior to the class date. Classes are non-refundable one-week prior to the class date. Classes may be transferred to another participant for use. Please notify us at info@branchesdesigns.com.
